Admission Process For The Academic Session 2023-24

Our admission process is completely online and paper free, it’s very convenient and time saving. Moreover, registration forms can be procured from the school office on all working days (Monday to Saturday) between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The form can either be collected personally or a proxy can be deputed to collect the same on your behalf.

Admission process for pre-primary classes

Guidelines given by D.O.E along with the prescribed age will be followed. Details can be taken from the school website/school reception/school helpline/school helpline numbers/Whats app number.

Age Criteria for Admission (as on 1st April 2023)

Class Year of Birth Age (in years) as on 1st April 2023
Nursery
The child must be born on or before 31st March, 2020
3 +
Prep
The child must be born on or before 31st March, 2019
4 +

How to fill the admission form

Online Application Form

  • Receive acknowledgment of submission.

Steps

  • Please fill the online registration form – google form
  • Await intimation from the school authorities for an interaction appointment.
  • Parents will be intimated by an e-mail on the results of their interaction and the procedure to follow thereafter. For the Primary and Secondary sections, admission is subject to candidate’s performance in an admissions test and the availability of seats.
  • Mid-session admissions are considered subject to availability of seats. In case, you wish to visit the school campus, email or call the school office to fix an appointment.

For Admission In Class 1-8

Candidates will be selected as per their competency level through an entrance test followed by personal interaction.

General information
Mandatory Documents Required At The Time Of Admission

  • Birth certificate of the student (attested copy)
  • Last two years report card(attested) |1st onwards
  • 4 pass port size photographs (student)
  • 2 pass port photographs (parents)
  • Transfer certificate (original copy) with counter signature if the student is from a different state and board.
  • Migration certificate (original) if the student is seeking admission in xi grade if the child is from a different board.
  • Aadhar card of student
  • Residential proof
  • The fee structure is liable to be changed in case directorate of education allows a fee hike for which application has been submitted by the school. In case of a cheque bounce/ stop payment by a parent, admission will be cancelled immediately.

Rules For Refund Of Fees

In case of withdrawal of the child within one month from the date of admission, the admission fee and tuition fee for one month will be retained and other amount or charges will be non-refunded.
